Return Policy

Returns

• Return window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Please pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging (if possible). All products must be returned unused and in good condition to ensure full credit.

• Shipping: Customer is responsible for prepaid return shipping costs. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• Carrier recommendation: We recommend using UPS or USPS and a trackable shipping method.

• Packaging note: Before sending your return shipment, please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package.

• Tracking: Keep your return tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Refunds

• A credit to the original method of payment will be issued within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the returned package.

• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser/method of payment.
